We keep a mailing list of customers who want to be kept informed of our special offers and new designs. This information is used solely by Vanilla Jewellery and is never shared with any other third party. If you wish to unsubscribe send an e-mail to vicky@vanillajewellery.co.uk and ask to be unsubscribed.
We hope you will love your Vanilla Jewellery purchase and tell all your friends about us. If you are unhappy with your purchase please send it back to us in the original packaging. We will provide a full refund if the items are returned within fourteen days of your receiving them, or will exchange the item(s) if you prefer. Exchanges or credit notes are offered if you return items after the fourteen day period.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept earrings for a refund or exchange.
We carefully check the quality of our products before sending them to you, but should something be faulty then please return it to us, securely wrapped and with a covering note and we will provide a refund including the cost of postage.
Your legal rights are not affected.
